In-app deletion (fastest)

1. Open the Torio app.
2. Tap Settings (bottom right).
3. Tap Account.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Don't have the app installed?

If you can't reach the in-app option (uninstalled the app, no longer have access to your phone number, etc.), email support@torioapp.com from the email associated with your account.

Include:

• Your full name as registered in Torio;
• The phone number tied to the account (format: +972...);
• The reason for deletion (optional, helps us improve).

We will verify ownership and complete the deletion within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

• Your authentication record (phone, email, profile picture, full name);
• Your linked-business relationships;
• Your chat history with businesses;
• Your push notification tokens;
• Your preferences (language, theme, notification settings).

What is retained

For accounting purposes and to comply with consumer-protection law, businesses retain your booking history (date, time, service, status, price) without your name or phone number — those fields are stripped. The remaining anonymized record is required for the business's own bookkeeping.

Backups: Supabase keeps point-in-time backups for up to 30 days. Your data is fully gone after backups rotate.

Diagnostics (Sentry): up to 90 days, aggregated.

This action is permanent

Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered. To use Torio again you'd need to sign up fresh.

מה נמחק

• היסטוריית הצ׳אט שלך עם עסקים;
• אסימוני התראות push;
• ההעדפות שלך (שפה, ערכת נושא, הגדרות התראות).

מה נשמר

למטרות הנהלת חשבונות ועמידה בדיני הגנת הצרכן, בתי העסק שומרים את היסטוריית התורים שלך (תאריך, שעה, שירות, סטטוס, מחיר) ללא שמך או מספר הטלפון — שדות אלו מוסרים. הרשומה האנונימית הנותרת נדרשת להנהלת החשבונות של העסק.

גיבויים: Supabase שומר גיבויים נקודתיים עד 30 יום. הנתונים שלך נעלמים לחלוטין לאחר רוטציית הגיבויים.

אבחון (Sentry): עד 90 יום, באגרגציה.

פעולה זו קבועה
